I agree with your sentiments. I know this is a very serious subject and I don’t mean to detract from that at all, but in these days of austerity they could call it “severe cuts in the private sector”.

Lol…You’ll get some sort of Indian meals in most joints…..for eg: even this cafe had a selection of Indian meals which i am assuming would not be too hot…

I like to visit India, it’s on my list of things to do, but I think I would want to concentrate on some good authentic Indian cooking (not toooooooo hot, though) rather than European.

Cheese is great! Love a good strong vintage cheddar, straight or melted on toast, with a sprinkel of Worcestershire sauce. Yum!!!
If you can’t get Wensleydale try Cheshire.
